Great Feeder Canal Company (principal Respondent) dredged and filled a side channel of the Snake River, placing fill on Kelly Island, Bureau of Land Management Property. Fill and/or dredged material was removed under an order issued by the Corps of Engineers. Our AO will ask the respondent to monitor the side channel for vegetation recovery for a period of five years.
