NOD issued 1/7/2004. Spartech failed to timely submit a Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) report for lead compounds to the EPA and the State of Georgia for calendar year 2001, as required by EPCRA Section 313. On May 19, 2003, Spartech submitted the reports to the appropriate agencies.
