This facility was inspected in response to a referral from the EPCRA 313 program. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-427, in the amount of $600, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.22(b): failure to notify designated state or local agency of existing tank, and 40 CFR 280.70(c): failure to premanently close or upgrade a temporarily closed UST system. The facility removed the UST and is currently working with the NJDEP to comply with all corrective action requirements.
