This facility was inspected during the NJDEP and EPA Camden Sweep in October 2002. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-487, in the amount of $450, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.70(c): failure to permanently close a termporarily closed UST system after 12 months, and 40 CFR 280.93(a): failure to comply with financial assurance requirements. The facility removed the UST and is currently working with the NJDEP to comply with all corrective action requirements.
