RIBV Amarillo, Inc. (TXU010381): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 4, 2004, at the site of the Comfort Suites in Amarillo, TX. During the inspection it was noted that RIBV Amarillo, Inc., had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), had not signed and posted the construction notice and sent and a copy to the City of Amarillo, a MS4 city, nor had the company installed any controls to minimize silt and sediment from leaving the site. The project site was not automatically covered under the Texas General Construction Permit for Storm Water Activities because RIBV Amarillo, Inc. had not developed the SWPPP.
