This is a Civil Judicial Referral in the matter of the [South] El Monte Operating Unit of the San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites by which EPA is requesting that the Department of Justice (DOJ) lodge a Consent Decree that will address the Remedial Design/Remedial Action (RD/RA) and payment of past costs.
