Facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-546, in the amount of $1,200, for the following violation: 40 CFR 280.70(c): Failure to permanently close a temporarily closed UST system after 12 months. The four substandard USTs have been removed and now the facility is working with the NJDEP on the remediation.
