10/22/03 - Cease & Desist Order issued. EPA has determined that Respondent is in violation of Section 301(a) of the CWA, by causing the unauthorized discharge of dredged and/or fill material into wetlands and waters of the U.S. without CWA permits. The wetlands and waters of the U.S. are located on property which is adjacent to an unnamed tributary of the Kentawaka Canal, off Road 375, in Philadelphia, MS. This area is known as Site 1.
