EPA determined that respondent is in violation of Section 301 of the CWA by causing the unauthorized discharge of dredged and/or fill material into wetlands and waters of the U.S. without CWA permits. The wetlands and waters are located on property which is adjacent to the Kentawaka Canal, off Road 375, East of Kentawaka Canal. Area is also known as Site 2.
