Violation: Violation of Permit limit for BOD, TSS, and Fecal Coliform, and defiencies noted in an inspection dated 03/31/2003.
Relief: A progress report received by EPA showed that the new sewer plant went on line 09/26/2003. The contractor has substantially completed construction and Permittee reported that full compliance with the Administrative Order ia anticipated within the next 30 to 90 days. EPA will continue to montor.
