This facility was inspected during the NJDEP and EPA Camden Sweep in October 2002. The owner of the facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-522, in the amount of $450, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.45: Failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; 40 CFR 280.93(a)(1)-(2): Failure to meet the requirements for per occurrence coverage of insurance; and 40 CFR 280.93(b)(1)-(2): Failure to meet the requirements for annual aggregate coverage of insurance.
