Omni Partners (TXU010393): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on February 19, 2004, at the Legends on Lake LBJ, to determine compliance with the Texas Storm Water General Permit. At the time of the inspection, Omni Partners had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as required by the General Permit and was,therefore, not eligible for automatic coverage under the permit.
