Lynn Johnson Custom Home (TXU010383): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 15, 2004, to evaluate compliance with the Texas General Permit for Construction Activities at the Greyhawk Landing construction site. It was determined that the operator, Lynn Johnson Custom Home, had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the site, nor posted a construction site notice.. Although there were violations, the Respondent qualified for the Expedited Settlement Offer, which has been drafted.
