CVC Specialty Chemicals, Inc. failed to file a timely 1998 IUR Report and failed to notify EPA with regard to an export of a chemical to a foreign country which was under TSCA Section 4 Test Rules. The export violation was dropped because the 5 year Statue of Limitation applied.
CVC Specialty Chemical, Inc. 1) failed to report two chemicals for the 1998 IUR in violation of 40 C.F.R. P 710 and 2) failed to notify EPA of a chemical export to a foreign country which was subject to TSCA Section 4 Test Rules in violation of 40 C.F.R. P 707.
