The EPA inspector conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of this facility and issued the facility operator Field Citation II-UST-FC-492 for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.31(b): Failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; 280.31(c): Failure to inspect impressed current cathodic protection system; and 280.45: Failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring.
