Respondent is an operator constructing the St. Michael's Office Park commmercial construction in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Respondent failed to obtain in a timely fashion it's NPDES storm water construction general permit, and failed to comply with all terms and conditions after obtaining permit coverage. Respondent is being Ordered to bring the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan into compliance with the permit and implement the called for Best Management Practices at the site.
