El Paso Natural Gas Co. entered into Consent Decree with the United States and the State of North Carolina to pay US $1.5 million and pay NC $110,000 for costs incurred and to be incurred at operable units 1 and 2 & for the Beaunit CD: Beaunit Corporation entered into a Consent Decree with the United States to pay the United States $846.54 resolving its liability at the FCX-Statesville Site based on its limited ability to pay.
