This referral is initiated against Timothy Blixseth and Lone Moose Meadows, LLC for the unauthorized discharge of material consisting of rock and dirt into wetlands and waters of the US. EPA issued to Respondent an Administrative Compliance Order on 1/28/2003, requiring the Defendants to provide a complete accounting of the areas of impact or disturbance to Wetlands and to submit a draft of a restoration plan for the disturbed wetlands. To date, Lone Moose Meadows has not adequately complied with any part of the restoration order.
