NOD issued 12/23/2003. Respondent failed to timely submit Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reports for chromium compounds for years 1998 through 2000; for lead compounds for 2001, and for mercury compounds for 2000 through 2001 for its Port Manatee Plant located in Palmetto, Florida to the EPA and the State of Florida as required. Respondent additionally failed to timely submit TRI reports for chromium compounds for the years 1999 through 2001, and lead compounds for 2001 for its Tampa plant, located in Tampa, Florida agencies on December 21, 2000. Respondent submitted reports on July 23, 2003.
