NOD issued 1/27/2004. Respondent failed to timely submit a Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) report for methyl ethyl ketone to the EPA and the State of Mississippi for calendar years 2000 through 2001. Respondent submitted these reports to the appropriate agencies on June 27, 2003.
