NOD issued 2/3/2004. Respondent failed to timely submit a Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) report for styrene to the EPA and the State of Mississippi for calendar years 2000 through 2001. Simultaneously with the self-disclosure, Respondent submitted its repots to the EPA.
