EPA December 10, 2003, inspection found BFW Construction, Co., LTD engaged in construction activities associated with the development of the Isola Bella Condominiums, 1300 Gulf Blvd., South Padre Island, TX and non compliant with the federal NPDES storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action to address the non compliance.
