EPA December 18, 2003, inspection found S-SI Firewheel #1, LP engaged in construction activities associated with the development of the Firewheel Retail Shopping Center, 5255 North George Bush Hwy., Garland, TX and non-compliant with federal NPDES storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action for the non compliance.
