EPA October 14, 2003, inspection found Suncor NPG, III engaged in construction activities associated with the development of the Walgreens @ Teal Run, 12225 Highway 6, Fresno, TX and non compliant with the federal NPDES storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to iniitate enforcement action for the non compliance.
