EPA December 17, 2003, inspection found Life Time Fitness engaged in construction activities associated with the development of the Life Time Fitness, located at 5602 Naaman Forest, Garland, TX. and non compliant with the federal NPDES storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action for the non compliance.
