EPA December 17, 2003, inspection found FCA Construction engaged in construction activities associated with the development of Life Time Fitness, 5602 Naaman Forest, Garland, TX, and non compliant with the federal storm water regulatory program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action for the non compliance.
