This administrative order is issued to Jim McCotter, owner of the Meadowlark Lake Resort, for exceeding the maxmum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for nitrate; failure to provide public notice within one year of the violations; failure to report total coliform bacteria MCL violations to EPA by the end of the next business day after discovering the violation; and failure to report NPDWR violations to EPA within 48 hours.
