This is an AO pursuant to the SDWA issued for failure to monitor and/or report data by December 31, 2003 as required by the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule. The Order directs the water supplier to complete any outstanding monitoring as required by 40 CFR sec. 141.40 and to report all outstanding data electronically to EPA in the manner set forth at 40 CFR sec. 141.35.
