FED EX GROUND PACKAGE SYSTEMS, INC (TXU010434): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on Feburary 4, 2004, at the construction site of the Fed Ex Ground Hub facility in Hutchins, TX. Violations noted during the inspection included no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was kept on site, and was not available for review. Although there was a company representative on site and did inspections, there were no written inspection reports.
