This is a AO pursuant to the SDWA issued to Respondent. The violation involves failure to monitor and/or report data required by the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule by December 31, 2003. The Order directs the water supplier to complete any outstanding monitoring as required by 40 C.F.R. ? 141.40 and to report all outstanding data electronically to EPA in the nanner set forth at 40 C.F.R. ? 141.35
