LEYENDECKER CONSTRUCTION (TXU010338): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on March 16, 2004, at the construction site of the Pita Mangana Elementary School in Laredo, TX. Leyendecker Construction was the contractor for the project. The Texas Construction General Permit states that for construction sites of great than 5 acres, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) must be developed and a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted. As of the date of the inspection, Leyendecker Construction had not applied for permit coverage.
