CAFO issued 3/24/2004, assessing a penalty of $6,875. Respondent shall make four installment payments. The first installment due by 5/24/04, and the last installment due on or before April 1, 2005. Respondent failed to immediately notify the NRC as soon as Respondent had knowledge of the release of anhydrous ammonia in an amount equal to or greater than its RQ at Respondent's facility. Respondent failed to submit a follow-up written notice to the SERC and to the LEPC in a timely manner.
