Lee Lewis Construction, Inc., Fine Arts Complex (TXR158416): A storm water compliance inspection wasa conducted by EPA on February 3, 2004, at the construction site of the Fine Arts Complex. Lee Lewis Construction, Inc., had applied for permit coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit and been assigned permit number TXR158416.
