This is an AO pursuant to the SDWA issued to Respondent. The violation involves failure to monitor and/or report data required by the Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule by December 31, 2003. The Order directs the water supplier to complete any outstanding monitoring as required by 40 C.F.R. 141.40 and to report all outstanding data electronically to EPA in the nanner set forth at 40 C.F.R. 141.35.
