Westfield Acres Urban Renewal Associates II, LP is a private developer which plans on redeveloping the General Color Company Superfund Site (Camden). Under the Prospective Purchaser Agreement, the developer will perform work at the Site. In return, EPA is granting the developer a covenant not to sue with respect to existing contamination at the Site. EPA is also waiving any liens it may have on the Site as a result of response actions conducted by EPA.
