DW Construction Designers & Builders (TXU010386): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on February 19, 2004, at the Legends on Lake LBJ, to determine compliance with the Texas Storm Water General Permit. At the time of the inspection, DW Construction Designers & Builders had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as required by the General Permit nor posted the construction site notice, and was, therefore, not eligible for automatic coverage under the permit.
