Respondent is an operator at a residential construction project called High Range Subdivision in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Respondent was inspected March 11, 2004, and EPA alleged Respondent had not correct implement some Best Management Practices. Respondent has certfied they are now in compliance and has agreed to settle the alleged violations in this action.
