Unauthorized dicharge into adjacent wetlands to Chauvin Bayou, located in section 4 and 5, TI8N, R4E, Ouachita Parish, Lousiana. The discharge of fill material was associated with mechanized land clearing and the construction of a levee in the wetlands along the south side of the property.
