EPA March 18, 2004, NPDES Inspection found construction activities located at Joe Battle Blvd. and Vista del Sol in El Paso, Tx non compliant with the NPDES Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement actions that would require operator of the activities to comply with the NPDES Program.
