EPA March 18, 2004, NPDES Inspection found construction activities located at Joe Battle Blvd. and Vista del Sol in El Paso, TX non compliant with the NPDES Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action that would require the operator of these activities to comply with the aforementioned NPDES Program.
