This administrative order is issued to the Pahaska Tepee Resort for failure to perform routine monitoring for bacteriological quality, failure to collect additional bacteriological samples the month following a positive total coliform sample result, failure to upgrade system to achieve adequate inactivation of giardia and virus, failure to submit disinfection residual and turbidity reports within 10 days of the end of the monitoring period, failure to provide public notice of the violations and failure to report the violations to EPA.
