Summary

PUMA BUILDERS CO. (TXU010436): An inspection to evaluate compliance with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Construction General Permit was conducted by EPA on March 18, 2004, at the site of the First National Bank in Laredo, TX. During that inspection, it was determined that Puma Builders Co. was an operator as defined by the permit and as such subject to the regulations of the permit. They had applied for permit coverage and had prepared a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). However, the SWPPP was inadequate and did not comply with the requirements of the permit. Puma met the criteria for the Expedited Settlement Offer, the package was drafted and routed for signature. Contact: Diana McDonald, 6EN-WC, (214)665-7495
