EPA NPDES Inspection on October 2, 2003, found construction activities associated with the development of Summit Avenue non compliant with the NPDES Federal Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action that would require the operator of the construction activities to make the necessary corrective actions to come into compliance with the NPDES permit requirements.
