EPA NPDES Inspection on November 4, 2003, found the residential construction activities associated with the development of The Parks of Deer Creek subdivision, non compliant with permit requirements under the NPDES Federal Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action that would require the operator of these activities to comply with the NPDES Storm Water regulations.
