New Mexico Environment Department(NMED) NPDES Inspection on December 10, 2003, found the Koch Asphalt Solutions-Southwest facility non compliant with the NPDES Federal Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA in cooperation with NMED plan to initiate enforcement action that would require the owner/operator of the facility to achieve immediate compliance with the program.
