This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Bitterroot Ranch, LLC for failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to provide public notice of the violations, failure to report total coliform monitoring violations to EPA within 10 days of discovering the violation, and failure to report NPDWR violations to EPA within 48 hours.
