This facility was one of several UST facilities inspected in Orange County, NY, as part of the DECA-WCB-GWCS NYS Ground Water Endangerment Initiative. The facility owner was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-440 in the amount of $750 for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.40(a), failure to provide release detection; 280.44(a), failure to conduct annual test of ALLD; and 280.21(d), failure to provide overfill protection. All violations have been corrected.
