This facility was inspected during the NJDEP and EPA Paterson Sweep in December 2003. The facility operator was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-582 in the amount of $600 for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.31(a): failure to operate and maintain corrosion protection system continuously; 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of the operation of ALLD; 280.45: failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; and 280.93(a): failure to comply with financial responsibility requirements.
