Originally, the facility was cited for 3 violation, which were; failure to maintain records at UST site and immediately made availabe for inspection; failure to maintain release detection records; and failure to conduct annual tests of ALLDs. The facility did provide records of release detection so the first two counts were dropped, and they had their ALLDs tested.
