C/W Designer Homes, Inc., is a residential operator at the Legions on Lake LBJ, Kingsland, TX, who discharges pollutants in its storm water discharges to waters of the United States. Respondent was inspected on February 19, 2004, and EPA determined that Respondent failed to have prepared a storm water pollution prevention plan in accordance with NPDES permit requirements and had not posted the required construction site notice. Respondent has certified that it has come back into compliance with the NPDES storm water requirements and is settling with EPA throug the Storm Water Expedited Settlement Offer program.
